Three steps
- Download and run DockPick your system below. Windows may show a SmartScreen notice for a newly downloaded app: choose More info, then Run anyway.
- Read the 9-digit code to your technicianIt appears in the Dock window as soon as it connects.
- Leave the window openYou will see every command as it runs. Close the window at any time to end the session.
